Procedure to follow upon receipt of the goods<\/p>\n

Package Verification: In the presence of the carrier at the time of receipt of the packages, the recipient must check:
\n– The number of packages received compared to what is indicated on the carrier’s delivery note.
\n– The condition of the packages and their contents.
\nThe recipient should only sign the delivery note after verifying the packages. The signature must include the delivery date, the signer’s legible name, and the company stamp.
\nIn case of a dispute: The recipient must clearly note on the carrier\u2019s delivery note:
\n– The missing package(s) compared to the delivery note.
\n– The level of damage to the goods.
\nDelivery Times: The usual delivery times, excluding holiday periods, are 15 business days from the day following the receipt of the order confirmation by GREENOFFICE, depending on stock availability.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.<\/p>\n
